Course Information
Summary
Introductory course covering basic non-physical and physical methods
of self protection.
The target audience is both male and female aged 18 and above.
FORMAT
Format is flexible. This course can be run as six one hour sessions.
Two three hour sessions or a single day seminar.
ACCREDITATION
This course is based on the Self Defence Federation (SDF) basic
course.
The SDF is acknowledged as one of the premier self defence organisations in the U.K. headed up by Dave Turton, 8th Dan (see website).
YOUR INSTRUCTOR
This course is provided by Graham Leigh. Graham has 37 years Martial
Arts experience. He has previously trained in Wado Ryu Karate and
is currently a Blackbelt 4th Dan in Goshin Jutsu Karate. Goshin
Jutsu is a registered Amateur Martial Arts Association (AMA) club.
Graham holds full instructor insurance with the AMA.
Graham is also an accredited level one Self Defence Instructor with the SDF
