Summary
The self defence courses provided by Goshin Jutsu are primarily for those people who perhaps do not have the time or inclination to study a martial art but never the less recognise the need to engage in some form of self protection training.

In line with changing need the courses provided are currently under revision and new courses will be detailed here as they become available.

These courses can be run in a variety of formats e.g. weekly sessions, one day seminar etc and can be tailored for specific audiences e.g. one to one, public courses or Corporate groups.

We strongly believe in the need to teach self protection in its broadest sense which incorporates avoidance of potential conflict as well as physical response to assault. The contents of the courses reflect this philosophy of prevention being better than cure.

All courses are provided in a friendly and relaxed environment with a fully qualified instructor. The physical elements of the course are controlled to prevent injury You do not need to be particularly fit to undertake training however clearly , as there is a level of physical activity involved, you will need to confirm that you have no underlying medical condition which could preclude you from taking part.

All training aids are provided and you will be provided with handouts to enable you to review the elements covered in your own time.

All you need to bring is loose fitting clothes (tee shirt, jogging bottoms and trainers), a towel, a bottle of water and your enthusiasm to learn.
